How long does shipping take?
Physical goods may be delivered by Postlaju and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days. You can expect your order to be dispatched within 1-5 business days in most metro areas of major cities. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from Six days after the time of dispatch.(Estimation as below)
Return Policy
The product cannot be returned unless it was shipped in the wrong product. And, you have to initial the return within 14 days after you received.
If we shipped you the wrong product, we will pay for the return shipping. However, the product you are returning MUST NOT be used, is in the same receive condition and it is in the original box/packaging.
